Our 5 year guarantee is designed to give our customers complete peace of mind that you are buying blinds of the highest quality and workmanship.Using all of our 30 years experience of producing quality window blinds, and by investing in state of the art machinary used by fully trained staff, we are rightly proud to offer a full 5 year guarantee on your new blinds.
Our Guarantee covers the following:
Operation - as we only purchase componentry from the UK's leading suppliers, and our assemblers are fully trained we will guarantee the mechanical operation of your blinds for 5 years.
Shading - No product can be fully guaranteed against extreme climate conditions, but all of our fabrics carry a high British Standard for colour fastness. Your consultant will advise you with regards the suitablility of fabrics dependent on location - especially if positioned in bright sunlight. However if a fabric has exessively faded we will replace it free of charge at any time during your 5 year guarantee.
Warping - Some of our natural products (e.g. wooden blinds) are sometimes subject to slight warpage. The key to avoiding this is to only put wooden blinds in a suitable location, your consultant will be able to advise you in this matter. That said if your blind should warp exessively we will replace in accordance with the guarantee.
All washable fabrics (Verticals) come with full product care instructions. If you are in any doubt or have lost your product care leaflet please ring before attempting to wash them.
Your guarantee is only valid on production of your warranty certificate/invoice and your guarantee is invalid in the case of misuse of our product.
